Madelia Meal prep Class at Embars

Hello MADELIA!! Inspire is coming back to teach a meal prep class!

We will prepare 3 Family size meals, Each meal has 1 1/2lbs of meat, over a pound of veggies, and includes recipes, and all ingredients. You just bring yourself!

Also included in this class is FREE supper!! Inspire will be bringing Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps, and a Chocolate Peanut butter protein bite to enjoy before or after class!
