Around the beginning of March my future daughter in law told me she and my son had set a wedding date. August 28, 2021. I quickly figured out that was 6 months away. I had to make some drastic changes to loose the weight I wanted and NEEDED to lose. I had been following Tina and thought maybe she was what I needed. My first meeting with her was March 16th. I remember asking her if she thought I could lose 30lbs by August 1st. Her answer- NO PROBLEM! I was still skeptical. She coached me with what foods to eat and when, and her fit 3d scan broke down my body analysis so I could understand all my starting measurements. I left her office with food and knowledge excited to start my journey. I met with her weekly because I needed the accountability and her guidance and encouragement of seeing my scan results. Here I am 12 weeks later down 40lbs and 27 1/2 inches combined between my bust, waist, hips, arms and legs. My journey is not over and I know I will have Tina and her knowledge to continue helping me to loose and when needed, maintain my desired weight. Thank you Tina!! I couldn't have done it without you!

Q: What was your biggest challenge when we first started working together and how has it improved?

 

A: My biggest challenge at the start of this was seeing my friends eat lunch and other snacks that were not healthy but looked so yummy, it was so tempting! With Tina's coaching, it has improved because she told me to just block it out and tell myself "if you don't eat that you're going to accomplish your goal faster" or "remember your goals!".

Q: What are 1 or 2 of the most valuable things you have learned during our time together?

 

A: Some of the most valuable things I've learned through our coaching time is that a good exercise routine doesn't beat a bad diet. But, more importantly I've learned how to eat healthy and what that truly means and involves.

Q: Would you recommend my coaching program to others? If so, why?

 

A: I would definitely recommend Tina and inspire. I realized i could not lose weight by myself and Tina was the perfect push. Even when you do slip up she does not judge at all. As a teenager it's hard to lose weight and Tina understands that and helps you through it. Also the food is great! There are so many options like even chocolate and chips! 

Q: What’s the most important thing people should know about working with me?

 

A: Everyone knows this process is going to be a challenge but, the most important thing to know about working with Tina/inspire is that if you do follow the program and steps you will achieve results!

Q: Is there anything else you’d like to share?

 

A: I started this process before Thanksgiving and one of the things Tina said to me was " Thanksgiving is 1 meal, not 4 days." and that stuck with me because sometimes especially around the holidays its okay to indulge but that shouldn't get you off track forever. I am so grateful for Tina and how she has helped me. I am now seeing results and so are other people and its only been a short time i have been on her program.

​Nicole lost 60 pounds and 31" in 5 months on the active phase of her plan, then lost 13 more pounds and 9.5" on the balance/maintenance phase of the plan. She is currently at 23% body fat.

Q: What was your biggest challenge when we first started working together and how has it improved?

 

A: When I first started working with Tina, I was so afraid of losing who I am as a person. I loved to munch and I was known for always having snacks any where we went. I was afraid that I would start to eat "cardboard" and plain food. 

 

Since starting on Inspire, it has totally changed my mentality. I'm still known as the person with snacks; they just happen to not be full of sugar and carbs. My fiance and I eat the meals almost every night for dinner. They are delicious and so full of flavor. Definitely no plain here! 

Q: What are 1 or 2 of the most valuable things you have learned during our time together?

 

A: The number on the scale does not matter. The number on the scale can go up or down and that does not mean you are any less successful. At the end of the day it comes down to how you feel. 

 

I have also learned that it is so important to have a supportive team! I have Tina who is amazing. I am fortunate to have a supportive fiance who pushes me to be my best. I also am on this great journey with my Mom! We text each other if we are having a trying day. It is so helpful to have people "on my team". 

Q: Would you recommend my coaching program to others? If so, why?

 

A: I already recommend Tina to everyone! Whether it's due to the ease of the freezer meals or the inspiration she provides. Tina is such a force! She essentially does my grocery shopping, meal prep and counsels me each day! 

 

Having Tina as an accountability partner is amazing. She is always there to answer questions and to give recommendations.

Q: What’s the most important thing people should know about working with me?

 

A: Working with Tina is a commitment to your future. She focuses on training you with positive changes. She does not judge or scold if you "slip up". Everything you do is a choice. She is simply here to help you with knowing the positive choices to make. 

Q: Is there anything else you’d like to share?

 

A: I started my journey at 207 pounds; my all time high. After six weeks with Tina's program and my choices and dedication I am down 25 pounds so far. It was a choice I had to make to get healthy for myself. Were there times I wanted to quit? ABSOLUTELY! Were there times I wanted to eat something I know isn't on program? HECK YEAH! But knowing what my body and mentality used to be and what it is now, I don't want to go back.

 

The moment I realized I am stronger than I realize was Thanksgiving. I had so many people say "you started a diet RIGHT BEFORE Thanksgiving? Why would you do that? You'll slip and gain weight". Well I did slip. I had some things I know aren't on program and guess what.... I STILL LOST WEIGHT! Because I still ate the things I am supposed to and drank all my water I needed to.

If I could tell you one thing for yourself it would be "You're worth it". You are worth eating well. You are worth living a healthy life. And you are worth WAY MORE than any number on the scale 

"For years I slowly put on weight. A year ago my doctor suggested I might think about losing a couple lbs due to my numbers like cholesterol also creeping upward.. Nine months after this recommendation I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and told I should go on a prescription. This diagnosis pushed me to finally take action. I reached out to Tina because in the past I had tried every other diet from shakes, to weight watchers to counting calories and nothing worked. Tina helped to coach me on what I needed to eat in order for my body to lose weight. Tina shared her knowledge of the science behind how my body reacts to different foods and in 3 months I lost 20 lbs. At my next annual appointment my doctor has nothing but great results for me. The loss of weight and change in eating habits reduced my blood pressure, BMI and Cholesterol. I feel like a new person and cannot help but wish this feeling for everyone who may be struggling with weight issues. Thanks again Tina!"

I've been working with Tina for a year now. It's hard, but I am finding myself again. I'm down about 25 lbs, 40+ inches and feel great! My clothes are fitting better and even had to go down 2 pant sizes. My cholesterol and triglycerides are showing the results too. I still have more to accomplish and Tina helps to remember my goals!
