Meal prep Class, Sleepy eye brewery

Meal prep Class! 

Join in on a FUN Class, on Jan 26th at 6pm.  We will put together 3 meals.  Each meal has over 1.5 lbs of meat and over a pound of veggies.  All seasonings, spices, and everything included in this fun filled class.  you MUST register 1 week prior to the event in order to reserve your spot. 

Meals will be doing.  

1. Steak Bites w/Mixed veggies 

2. Buttered Ranch Chicken tenderloins w/Carrot Fries

3.  Salisbury Steak seasoned Meatloaf w/Green Beans

1/2 dozen chocolate protein bites will be included with this event. 

I will have some cash and carry grab n bake meals, lean n green, and casseroles along with me.
