Meal Prep Class & Supper!!
Join us for a Meal Prep class, starting at 530pm-630pm
Inspire Health will bring everything to prepare 3 family size meals with each meal consisting of over 1.5 lbs of meat and over a pound of veggies. {All seasonings, spices and olive oils included.} You will also take your meals home in a cute little Inspire Health insulated food bag--come prep with us!!
