Pre-order five healthy freezer meals for $110 and benefit the nonprofit WEcovery program! Stop by Inspire Health & Wellness anytime September 25-28 during open hours to pick up your meals. Choose from five of the following meals:
- Keto Crack slaw beef or turkey (egg roll in a bowl)
- White Chicken chili (veggies included in soup)
- Garlic Ranch Chicken Breasts with Green beans.
- Seasoned Shrimp (limited supply- come early) Broccoli
- Beef STew with Root medley
- BBQ Seasoned Chicken breasts with Cauliflower rice.

A nonprofit recovery community organization offering peer recovery specialist services, recovery housing for women, recovery coach academy, supporting all pathways to recovery! We are here to help anyone seeking long term recovery in ANY way we can.
Mankato sober housing is an establishment of Beyond Brink, a nonprofit organization. Mankato Sober Housing's mission is to provide safe, supportive and sober housing to individuals who are committed to their recovery. These are home-based, community living arrangements.
